IMWS/Sultan Steel

International Metalworking Solutions (IMS S.A.L) established in Lebanon in 2016 to meet the rising demand in the market for all kind of steel works prefab houses and access doors including fire rated doors. IMWS offers wide range of steel services from laser cutting, plasma cutting, water jet cutting to bending, cutting, and rolling.

SULTAN STEEL s.a.r.l. was established in December 1995, as the independent trade division of Sultanium for industry and general trade. SULTAN STEEL deals with the trade of all kinds of steel needed in metallurgical productions, in addition to deformed steel for construction. Moreover, SULTAN STEEL provides a wide range of steel processing services in addition to various steel productions. The company is divided into three divisions: trading, steel services, and manufacturing.

Sultan Steel deals with the trade of all kinds of steel material, industrial steel for manufacturers and deformed bars for construction. From its initiation till the end of 2002, this division made steady growth year after year averaging 13% in sales volume, and it strengthened its position in the Lebanese market by becoming ranked among the top five traders in Lebanon.

Major products for steel trade: • Steel sheets: Hot rolled, cold rolled, galvanized, and chequered.
• Merchant bars: flat, round, square, equal angles, T-bars, and window profiles.
• Joists: I-beams, H-beams, U-channels. 4. Hollow tube sections: round, square, rectangular (galvanized and black).
• Deformed steel bars for construction.

The Service Center Division:


SULTAN STEEL service center deals with all types of steel processing into finished and semi-finished products that undergo the following:
Coil straightening / Cut to length, up to 4X1500 mm.
• Coil slitting, up to 4X1500 mm. • Straight Cutting. • Bending. • Rolling. • Welding.

Moreover, the service center deals with the production of the following items: Trapezoidal roofing sheets, thickness from 0.4 to 0.8 mm width 1000 and 1250 mm galvanized and pre-painted.
• Sinusoidal roofing sheets, thickness from 0.25 to 0.4 mm width 1000 mm, galvanized and pre-painted.
• C-shape channels, height 140, 180, and 200 mm, thickness 2 mm, galvanized and black steel.
• Slats for rolling shutter: flat, concave, perforated, thickness from 0.4 to 0.8mm, galvanized.
• Rolling springs for rolling shutters 40X1.5 mm and 50X1.5 mm.
• Spring covers, galvanized and black steel diameter 190 and 22 mm.

The Manufacturing Division:
The manufacturing division in SULTAN STEEL deals with the production, preparation, and installation of the followings:
• Steel hangars.
• Warehouses.
• Various patterns of forged steel, stairway and balustrades…
• Billboards.
• Water and fuel tanks.
• Residential and industrial gates and doors (swinging, sliding, folding, and sectional).
